  • Return Window: You may return most items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in new, unused, and original condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the shipping address.
  3. Package the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, include all components, and securely seal the box. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method

  • Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
  • Bank Processing: Please allow additional time (typically 5-10 business days) for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

5. Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Automatic Knives & Assisted-Opening Knives: Due to specific regulatory restrictions and safety considerations surrounding automatic and assisted-opening mechanisms, these items are final sale unless defective upon arrival.
  • Used, Sharpened, or Altered Items: Any knife that shows signs of use, has been sharpened, modified, or has had its factory edge altered.
  • Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items.
  • Opened Multi-Tools or Knife Accessories where the original packaging is not intact.
  • Knife Cases & Storage that have been used or are not in resalable condition.

*Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including a prepaid return label if necessary.

6. Exchanges

For eligible items, exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method after the exchange is processed.
