- Any knife showing signs of use, sharpening, modification, or altered factory edge.
- Personalized or custom-ordered items.

- Knife cases & storage that have been used or are not in resalable condition. (Includes: Knife Cases & Storage).
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, including a prepaid return label if necessary.
Exchanges
For eligible items, exchanges are subject to product availability. If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will be charged the difference. For a lower-value item, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
